Korean Calligraphy Workshop: Writing Your Name in Hangul with Flow and Rhythm
Sunday, November 29, 2pm–3:30pm · Rinconada Library
In this 90-minute workshop, participants will use calligraphy brushes, ink, and hanji paper to write their names in Hangul. Because Hangul is based on sound, names from many different languages can be written in Hangul according to how they are pronounced. Participants will see how their names look in Hangul and experience the rhythm of Korean writing through brush movement… For: Adults. Topics: Arts & Crafts. Registration required; currently full. Room: Embarcadero Room.
