About Bevri - Palo Alto
Bevri is the Bay Area’s first Georgian restaurant, opened in 2018 on University Ave in downtown Palo Alto. It serves wood-oven khachapuri, hand-folded khinkali dumplings, and other traditional Georgian dishes, featuring a wine wall of clay-fermented qvevri wines. The restaurant operates on a tip-free model and is designed around the Georgian supra tradition of sharing many dishes at a long table.
