Ethel’s Fancy is a fine dining restaurant in downtown Palo Alto serving Californian cuisine with shareable plates and cocktails. Chef Scott Nishiyama, who trained under renowned chefs including Thomas Keller, opened the restaurant in September 2022 and named it after his mother and grandmother, Ethel.
